We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Executive to join our busy back office team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be reporting to the Business Development manager and assisting with various Sales / Marketing duties. This includes customer / Lead data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Researching and generating potential leads using various lead-generating tools.
- Understanding the strong use case of the product for the potential SMEs.
- Following the warm leads using communication tools for successful closure.
- Build a robust and quality lead funnel for assigned business vertical.
- Has to be highly energetic and exceptional in communication skills.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts, identify key prospect and generate interest.
- IT Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and developing relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the management team to identify and qualify potential customers.
- IT Sales Executive will need to have a strong understanding of the IT products and services offered by the company.
- IT Sales Executive will need to be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of these products and services to customers.
- Contribute to build sales plan and strategies.
- Work towards monthly, quarterly & annual target of the team.

Business Development Executive Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years experienced MBA / Non MBA Marketing Professional.
- Someone who has sales discipline, people skills, persuasion skills.
- Someone who believes power of persistence.
- Self-starter, go-getter attitude

- Willing to travel
